Promotion
As 8th grade students enter their last year at Parkway Heights Middle School, we expect each student to continue demonstrating good behavior, attendance, and study habits. It is tempting for students in this final year to lose focus, but there can be consequences.
- Grade point average (GPA) lower than 2.0
- GPA lower than 2.0 averaged across four academic quarters
- Five (5) or more days of suspension within one school year
- Suspension within the month of May
The school principal reserves the right to permit or omit students from promotion ceremonies.
