Saturday, October 14th 9:00am - 2:00pm at Parkway Heights Middle School 650 Sunset Avenue, South San Francisco, Ca - This form is just to let us know you are interested, official registration will take place in August. 

Pricing:

• Cars = $25.00 per car or bike (,Award Categories: People’s Choice Award, Best Original, Best Custom)
• Vendor Tables = $25.00 (includes 1 table, 2 chairs)
• Food Trucks = $100 or 10% donation of sales (choose when registering)
